The choice to make Lehi the king was obvious. A lot of decisions about how a character should be posed or what clothing they wear is based on cost - the more elaborate, the more cost. My initial instructions were to keep things simple but I got the OK eventually to add some ornate features like the "Tree of Life" embroidery. I very deliberately designed the pose to be similar to the image of Lehi created for my card game. The bases were designed specifically to demonstrate to solid foundation of the "Good guys" and the cracked and corrupted foundation of the other side.
